When arranging a group, we try to keep the process fun and stress free. Our experience, global resources & partners, materials, location knowledge and preferred prices, all help to make this process simple and easy!

Groups come in all sizes however we usually consider a group as five or more individuals, of any age, participating on the same program.

Every group is slightly different but we use the following definitions to describe the type of group you require:

You will receive an immediate response from our groups department and we will usually have a standard group quotation back to you within three days. If you group quote is more specialized with particular requests, we usually respond within 5 days.

1) We are in experts in Group Travel Abroad! We have the experience and know what is required to take a succesful trip of students abroad. We have a huge choice of locations, catering to students of all ages and levels. We can offer you unbiased evaluations of all of our programs and help direct you to the best location for your requirements.

2) We pre-arrange everything
We will organize and pre-arrange everything including travel arrangements so group leaders don't have to place expensive international phone calls, find group airfare and making the air and accommodation reservations, organizing activities/tours, arranging travel insurance and other time-consuming preparations.

3) Your own personal "Group Website"
We provide your group with their own personal "Group Website", the perfect way to communicate with every group member. Each group participant will have a password to log in to the website and receive daily updated information, pre departure packages, general instructions, invoices, travel arrangements, etc. You can even provide us with photos of the members to personalize the site!

4) We can customize all your group requests. We can customize all your group requests. We have designed many different types of educational group programs focusing on topics such as Eco/Science, history, sports, religious tours, outdoor activties. Please tell us the type of a program you want and we will go to work for you!

5) We take care of the details
We accept direct payments via personal check and the following major credit cards: Visa/MasterCard/AmEx/Discover and will take care of all international payments to schools, travel agents, tour companies, camps, host families, saving you valuable time and money transfer costs.

This group size refers to small groups under 10 individuals travelling and participating on the same program (Min 5 students).

We provide: group & pre departure support, “group benefits” and a discount of between 5% - 15% depending on the chosen location.

This group size refers to groups over 10 individuals travelling and participating on the same program. Using our existing resources, Standard Groups will travel together and blend into our normal school program or study in closed groups.

Depending on group size group leaders will be offered free study, accommodation or even free travel!

This can be based upon any number of students (min. 5) participating on the same program. We adapt our programs around your needs and requirements.

We can organize special courses, activities, trips and excursions based purely on what you need. Group leader discounts or maybe free.
